You actually can but its based on a multitude of factors and cars itself. BMW doesnt have a used residual program but brands like Porsche do where its a fixed dollar that allows you to use it as the residual. These residuals are not favorable at all.
There quite a few exotic used lease companies as well that will lease a used BMW (SUV's) like Amazon (not related), Premier, Putnam, etc.
There is no way these companies will alot you a favorable money factor and residual over just working a new car deal with the dealer and BMWFS.
But when the 991.2 GT3 came out, Porsche was very very conservative in their residuals on the car and money factors so dealers were using Amazon to move/lease these cars for big chunks less in payment.
Here is a make believe used GT3 lease via Amazon I did right now- make some assumptions with price etc (they dont lease used M8's only SUV's in the BMW fam)
