Thanks, yes, I had seen those pages, however just because the options are there doesn't mean you can actually order one. Placing an order with paint or interior options that are not on the standard build page require permission from BMW Germany and right now, based on the attachment I provided in the original post, they are not doing individual options on the 8 series. Of course this may change and probably will change but that is what my dealer provided after talking w/the folks in Germany. I concede it could also be a dealership thing and have reached out to a large dealership in FL that I have dealth with before to see if they have any additional pull w/BMW.
