Some of you guys act like DSC Off = uncontrollable death machine in modern day turbo BMW
I'd venture to guess most of you never owned powerful RWD cars that weren't equipped with traction control or even ABS.
I drive my modded M235 around in DSC Off 50% of the time. I haven't died or gotten in myself in a situation where I've lost complete control of the car. I've induced lots of understeer, oversteer, etc., but never to the point that I've lost control. In the snow, DSC Off is usually mandatory or else the traction control systems will limit power/throttle to the point that you can't even move.
