Interior detail was way better then any other BMW I ever owned and the seats was sporty yet comfortable. The M8 and 840d was in separate rooms so not possible to do a side by side comparison, but I think that the 840d will be mistaken for an M8 since its stance is really aggressive.

1. Was the M8 you saw at the event the regular M8 or the M8 competition?
2. Also did the M8 you saw have all those carbon fiber parts on the front bumper/air dam or were they body colored like on the M5?
