The 5 is 4.94m or 194in. The SWB 7 is 5.10m or 201in, the LWB 7 is 5.24m or 206in.

As the 8 is heavily 5 series based I think that the wheelbase in the 8 will be the same as the standard length 5. This is 2975mm and the 8 coupe has a 2822mm wheelbase. As the front and rear bumpers will be the same the length should work out to be 5004mm
