Maybe continuously is an exaggeration but just as we saw the elimination coming so did they and instead of keeping or bringing the car out for another two three laps in time to get a time worthy of the car they just sat there until it was too late or finally brought the car out when it was too late to complete a fast lap...unbelievably disappointing and stupid for teams on this level. I think it will be much better next race.
