Depending on how young/fast your kids are, you're going to need a relatively fast lens for good results: at least a f/4.0. Use shutter mode on the D7200 and try no slower less than 1/100. Let the D7200 choose the aperture and keep on playing around until you get nice crisp images of both kids.
