I love the new GT500, but honestly I'd take the GT350/R over it any day of the week, even with the oil drinking issues. Also anyone saying that the Shelby's are "just another mustang," I highly recommend you drive them, they are great handling, sounding, and feeling cars, and good track vehicles. Shelby tuning make a world of difference.
Agreed. Mustangs have come a long way. I bought a 2004 S/C SVT Cobra in 2004 when I got back from Iraq and that was the greatest car in the world to me...then I got my M3. I loved that Cobra. Made 667rwhp w/640rwtq. It was a rocket ship. Never thought I'd enjoy any other car more until my M3. But yeah, GT350R is incredible. I laugh when people say it's a mediocre track car and doesn't handle that great. GTFO. Car is absolutely flat in the turns and sounds like heaven.
