I had similar interior gripes with with my Model S.
Some minor quirks. I ordered my car with the CF interior and it felt/look like cheap plastic. Both my F80 M3/ 2018 S5 was ordered with CF interior and they looked much better--and was real CF.
No dead pedal. Just carpet. Felt wired putting my foot where a dead pedal should be only to have carpet?!
Control stalk/windows switches came from bargain basement Mercedes parts.
No door pockets - very strange, overall very cheap and basic.
I always tell people this if they are int he market for a Tesla Model S/X
You're paying $85K for the batteries, and $15K for the car.
