I've used the principles in the past to break "sticking points" in the gym. Like on bench....pushing up on the bar in a rack where it won't move past a certain point. Stuff like that focusing on static contraction.

I always came away sore from those types of workouts. I've seen these videos in the past.

I think it's effective as some of the most effective exercises involve moving your body through space. That's been proven!

Plus it really works your core.
