Definitely, I would love to have a R32 GTR! But if it's a newer car, I'd stick with German.
I think the only Japanese cars today that are remotely close to affordable enthusiast cars are the 86 cars, the Miata, WRX and Civic Type R but none of those have the refinement if you want to drive them every day. |
ND Miatas are actually quite civilized, provided you're not over about 6'4" or need to carry a beer fridge or a bunch of lumber.
The CTR is also surprisingly civilized, if you don't ever look at it.
