This has been my experience, and it's what drove me to buy the 135 last year.

I was shopping for a "toy" around $20,000 and Japan has zero to offer me besides heavily modifying something I wasn't going to enjoy driving off the track.

I haven't been able to convince most of my 'jdm' buddies that the 135i is a really viable tuner option now that they're so cheap, but maybe some time in the future.
