The car itself is nothing short of incredible. The turbo motor in these cars is one of if not the most tech advanced turbo motors available. The response and character of the engine are really impressive and make it very enjoyable to drive. I I have the sport package with rear axel steering and I’d recommend that as the stability and maneuverability is really great. Sometimes I wish I’d gotten PDK, but the manual is great overall.
I do think the car is much more enjoyable to drive than my F80/2 M3 and M4 and obviously performance and handling are better than even the M4 GTS despite its huge advantages which should tell you all you need to know. I actually think Porsche made the transition to turbo motors from atmospheric better than just about anyone in terms of not changing the overall character.

I haven't driven the 911, only the Cayman S and Cayenne. Steering felt too light and a tad numb in those cars (but not as bad as the M4). How do you like it in your car?
My gold standard for steering is the E9X M3. But I just don't imagine automakers ever going back to that.
