I used to do the r/nhlstreams thing before I got NHL.tv last year. The year before I had NHL Center Ice through Comcast but we cut the cord after that year so had to find a streaming service.

I like that NHL.tv can be played through your Xbox One or PS4. Makes it super easy to stream it on your TV. It's pricey but you get all the games including replays of the games.

But really, I would.

Two people can DEFINITELY share an account, Ive done it many times without issue. If too many devices log on at once they start booting devices but 2 devices is not an issue.
