It’s good they could actually replicate it and solve the problem cause that’s not always the case  we just had our M5 dropped for yearly service and few other things including weird sound. Yeah, I had to ask my advisor if a technician could ride with me. The technician knew what I was talking about before driving the car since he had the same car.
