Most dealers' CPO get 1 year with unlimited mile nowadays. You can purchase upto another 3 years if you would like. That's what all the Audi, BMW, Mercedes dealers around me are offering with an average cost of $3k extra for the 3 extra years. Also, make sure to shop around for how much they charge. MBUSA charge 2k7 but some dealers would jack that up to almost 4k. They say that it comes from them, however, that is not true. MBUSA put out the price and they are supposed to follow.
