We have a Samsung fridge only a couple years old with an ice maker issue. First time I called to report the issue, they said that they didn't have anyone that serviced it in my area and that was that. Every week or so I have to clear out the ice jam so that it starts making ice again. Really annoying. Never buying another Samsung appliance again. They look nice but that's about it.
