I had a great period in my early 20's where i was med free and didnt have any concerns or anxiety worry.
Then mid to late 20's it started coming back...and i got on some med.
Today , I am glad to say I am off med, and managing by seeing a counselor to help change my ways of thinking (CBT)..and I take a xanax as needed during this time. If it gets to the point where my anxiety still gets the best of me, then ill go back to a SSRI (lexapro) since it worked great. Id just love to live without because I have before and feel that this is something I should be able to do on my own without daily medication.
