Just took another quick seat test in a 2023 LC 500. Kicked the 2019 to the curb primarily due to the circa mid 2K Infotainment I had in my 2006 Lexus GS430. Other factor is their sport seats are ridiculously narrow to the point a no go as well vs the M850i or 8-series in general.

Interested in a potential 2024 as it finally gets the new NA designed Infotainment system which was a skunk works project but finally sold to Lexus leadership and rolling out across the fleet since mid-2022. Apparently the secret sauce is the touring aka comfort seats as they are similar to the 8-series.

Biding my time as no rush whatsoever as love the M850i but the strong pull to the LC was the esthetics (interior and exterior) and more so the glorious NA V8. Now with the 2024s getting the Infotainment upgrade (still hard buttons for climate control, etc.) I may be onboard. Sure I'll take a performance hit but in reality for my DD mid 4's for zero to 60 vs mid 3's with the M850i is nothing I'll lose sleep over. Rather if I pull the trigger that NA V8 will make up for the difference. 👍
