Did you end up running into an issue? I used red carpet at the recommendation of Steve Thomas BMW and had a good experience. Although I did find out they get an independent transport and they aren't the ones transporting. |
Yes major issue. Not disclosing much information out of respect to my close friend (I want to avoid him receding any negative publicity or blowback from something he shouldn't), but since they are as you say, if the damage is between 0 and under 3 or 4 thousand, the carrier insurance won't cover damages and driver will bail on you and take the few hundred dollar loss to avoid paying thousands in damages.
Red carpet will also just keep dragging their feet (been 4 months of back and fourth) until the client hopefully gives up.
