I'm looking for some feedback on the following offer:

2020 M8 Comp Coupe - MSRP 154,500
7,500 miles a year
$1815 a month, $5,000 drive-off and they're picking up 6 payments on my M4 CP Convertible (13,000 miles/30 months).

EDIT: this offer also includes extended maintenance with brakes.

EDIT 2: it looks like they're not really picking up the payments, they're rolling them into the deal, which I'm not willing to do. I think other wise it would be a pretty good deal, but even BMWFS told me to negotiate that or hold off.

Any feedback on topic would be appreciated : )
