That was me. I agree likely rare thing. I was talking to a dealer last week in California about an X3 M40 that they had in stock. I told him I wanted to pay list price for it. He called me back the next day and said that one of their long-time customers was working on a deal at 4000 over list price. Definitely wasn't about to pay that
