The little ol lady who only drove it to church on Sundays comes to mind, but the reference probably wouldn't work with the younger crowd.
In any event, yeah, super low miles there. You can also go to ceramic pads, lots of folks do it with various cars/brands. Not a cheap answer, but if it's driving you crazy it definitely works.
