I think alo to RB would be a decent move, but it's clearly only a short term thing. Put Checo in Sargent's seat. Retire RIC, and put Lawson at AT.

'Short term' would be negotiable, if Fernie delivers at RB then Lawson would wait longer until Fernie calls it a day.
