Triple net is 9% (invoice is 6%) and there are dealers that are easily willing to cut the discounts further. The Verts are not selling all too well and carry a heavy (ier) msrp so thats a good angle to attack.

But the MF's are no longer low so the days of the cheap leases with a huge cut net cap and lower MF's are dead. Now its just a nicely priced car with a higher MF which still be attractive to some since BMW doesnt have an MRM like Porsche but you will be stuck with it
