It's the OEM valance that you would get if you ordered the car with the carbon fiber package. It comes gray/black but I decided to have it painted when I had to have my bumper replaced.
The two pieces you need for the retrofit are:
51-12-8-074-817 Carbon Rear Diffuser Bumper Trim
51-12-8-077-594 Rear Diffuser Trim Panel Bumper
