Mother's Day Dinner: Chicken Tagine.
Pretty simple and delicious. Pan Fried Chicken Thighs coated in Cumin, Corriander, Paprika, Cinnamon, Salt and Pepper. Then combined with Potatoes, Shallot, Cherry Tomatoes, Dried Apricots and lemon topped for baking. Baked for 1.5 hours until chicken falls off the bone.
