I had to replace the front high performance Bridgestone Potenza non run flats on my M850 at 7500 miles because of abnormal tread wear and a bubble on one of the tires due to my "spirited driving". I am now at 10000 miles and had to replace the rear tires due to an unrepairable puncture on the left rear. At the same time, the tire shop pointed out a bubble on one of the front tires that only had 2500 miles on it. So I opted to replace all four tires with Michelin Pilot Sport 4s. The ride is now smoother without loss of performance and I hope these tires last more than 7500-10000 miles. The Bridgestones are very grippy tires, but I think the All wheel drive, All wheel steering, anti-roll stabilization, and other features that give the M850 excellent handling characteristics put a lot of stress on the tires for such a heavy 4400 pound car. The Michelins seem better designed for this purpose. Other than the tire issues. I have no complaints. I still love driving the car and it continues to draw a lot of attention and compliments wherever I go.
