I've seen Frozen MMB on the M5, and I have MMB on my M5. IMO getting that particular color in frozen doesn't do it justice. That color has so much beauty and depth and works so well on the car. You lose all of that with matte.

Personally I don't see why people get matte paint. It's a pain in the ass, if you get a scratch, youre screwed.

For less money, you can just wrap it matte clear and protect the paint at the same time. To each his own.
