Notice - no pole in the center. This was the main part of my design.
So - my song and dance for the house...it was on the market for 140K - I got it for 118K (had a really good agent that helped us). I did this entire addition for $26K - house was appraised in 2002 at $188K. Seemed to be worth all the work I did
