In a straight line, which seems to be everyones main grip, the '15 is a tad slower but of course it is. Its heavier and has just a few more HP than the older Mustang. I'm disappointed by that as well but now the car handles and I can not wait to see what the GT350 will do.

Exactly. And the great news for people that like to modify cars is that there are huge gains with the revised Coyote. They bottle-necked the hell out of it with the piping. A simple catback is netting a minimum of 20-30 hp/lb-ft on average based on current vendor offers. That is something that would never happen with an S197; you'd have been lucky to net 5-10 units at the crank.
