Has this only happened once?

The ecu flashes don't offer as much flexibility to changing conditions as piggy back tunes. It could be an airflow error or cyl6 misfire, etc which are typical for tuned N54's.

I've never heard of kraftwerk, but best to take it to them so they can read the code and see what caused it, then erase it. Make sure you find out what the code is so they don't BS you. The dealer would likely fix it, but you face losing warranty plus all expenses.

If you've done a lot of km's maybe you should also look at some new plugs, and coils etc? IMO, the extra power requires a bit more love, like more frequent oil changes, etc
