that's not going to happen, period. Toyota and BMW has partnered to make a common Z4/Supra car. The Supra race car was unveiled today at the Geneva too.

The Supra we all know of will not happen. So the upcoming Supra will be a Z4 sized compact coupe/vert. Toyota will not have the Supra compete in that longer wheel based, sports coupe segment as they have the LC500. BMW has the 8-series now, so hence the shared chassis will be a Z4. Here it is at Pebble Beach last year with the 8er:

Finally the wait is over. Overall beautiful but the back is a bit overstyled. Hopefully it will be here in a few weeks at the NY autoshow. Cannot wait to see it in real along with the MB GT 4 door.

Which ultimately moves it far away form the elegant Aston Martin Rapide and closer to Maserati and the Kia Stinger

Could easily have been perfect but they had to ruin it.

The underlying car looks to be very nice, but wow did they take every piece of trash from the tasteless aftermarket and put it in this car. I wonder which market this car is trying to appeal to.

Csl duckbill spoiler. Check.
Exhausts protruding from bumper. Check.
Blacked out tail lights. Check.
Chameleon paint color. Check.
Fake yellow headlights. Check.

Honestly surprised they didn't put spinners on it.

I agree on the angry faces of cars, what happened to happy faces like the old days of e46 M3’s, e39 M5, etc

Headlights getting smaller and stretched out, kidney grills getting bigger...

Overall it’s a good looking car, I’ll buy one, can dream about the 6.6 V12 Though😃

I dont understand how can they call the AMG GT sedan a sport car. Not a single piece of that car looks sporty at all. All the details are borrowed from other MB cars, such as interior from E, AMG GT Coupe, tail-light from AMG GT coupe, front bumper from other typical AMG etc.

BMW just designs a M8 which is totally new from the scratch.

And yes, BMW did destroy MB's newly born car. Good luck MB, next time.
