Center console removal

Long shot here. Ebay has several Alcantara center consoles available. I'd like to get one but looking at it in person seems like a lot to take apart. I've done it in the past on several cars but it was more straight forward then the BMW. Anyone done this or have access to a factory manual or anything?

I’ve thought about replacing my piano black trim with the oem carbon fiber, but doubt I’ll ever take it on. If I do ever take that on, hopefully not THIS complicated…this is crazy!!
