If the parking lot is public (and most likely LA) those meter mother fuckers will get you for no plate for sure.
I got one a while back in Venice-- they ran the vin and knew plates were issued.
ABI is a must these days with our lowered cars and modified front fascia- plus those concrete blocks are crazy tall and with the metal spikes sticking out. Its frankly violence about to happen to our cars.
