Does "new v8 engine" mean a brand new engine or a reworked version of the one found in the F90?
I wonder if BMW now bringing back the 8 series, could mean that they might also bring the Z8 back to fill the portifolio, and also the already rumored X8 to complete the 8 lineup. Seems logical, maybe they are waiting to see how the Z4 goes.
